PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for clarifying possession contents for forest lands, farm lands, residential lands and the like to promote effective utilization of the lands such as real-estate sales and lending.SOLUTION : 1. A landed estate is identified, a border is clearly specified, and the number and ages of standing timbers are measured in advance by using a position measurement device, a distance measurement device, a video camera and the like, whereby they can be clearly specified even if the owner is absent. 2. The property value is calculated at a market value. 3. Totalized lands are allowed to be collectively sold and lent by agreement of a plurality of owners for facilitating the sales and lending. 4. Sales of products such as wood and farm products are carried out. 5. Calculation and display can be implemented by a computer system of an enterprise carrying out this business, and the owners, purchase applicants, investors and the like can acquire and request information by accessing to the computer system of the enterprise as required.
