A real estate classification database(220) stores the inputted urgent real estate to each database classified into each sort, location, size, and prize range. A urgent real estate/earning rate analyzer(240) analyzes an urgent real estate ratio and a rental profit rate by using the information stored in the database and a current real estate price database(230), an urgent real estate calculation tool, and an earning rate calculation tool.
