PURPOSE : A system and a method for effectively managing a loan with a loan agent in the Internet are provided to enable a customer wanting the loan to inquire a loan condition and request the loan through a simple procedure by visiting a real estate agent having a real estate terminal to directly inquire the loan condition and request the loan, and enable a bank to easily absorb potential loan customers through the real estate agent network.CONSTITUTION : A bank loan management server(101) registers the loan agent by receiving a loan agent registration application from the real estate agent terminal(300) through the Internet(200) and receives a loan application generated from the registered loan agent through the network. A loan agent database(105) stores information for the registered loan agents. A loan application/process status database(107) stores the received loan application and the information for a process status of the received loan application.
