PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate rental system that can simplify and secure a rental registration procedure of a present dwelling and the acceptance of rental article information at a new location without requiring going to the new location.SOLUTION : When customer article assessment data and new location data are input from an input device 16c, the customer article assessment data are stored as rental article assessment data in a storage device 12b to complete a rental registration procedure. An arithmetic device 12d compares the customer article assessment data with a plurality of rental article assessment data to extract rental articles matching the customer article assessment data from the rental article assessment data.
