The device is made for transmitting announcements to centralized observation desk and for forming signals to switch announcers at signal output. System also has data processing and command synthesis microprocessor unit, common power bus and one or several voice announcers. Any voice announcer has voice announce former and loud speaker connected in series. Any sound, light and voice announcer has autonomous power and control units which have outputs connected correspondingly with siren, light indicator and voice announce former. Inputs of the units are connected with common power bar. Power bar is also connected with output of data processing and command synthesis microprocessor unit. Signal and power inputs of the unit are connected with like outputs of receiver-controller.
