PURPOSE : A method for offering real estate information using a GPS(Global Positioning System)-real estate information offering server based on a GIS(Geographical Information System) is provided to develop a real estate geographic information database attaching general and detail real estate information to a database of a current GIS, and enable all clients to freely inquire a digital GPS-real estate map by using the real estate geographic information database.CONSTITUTION : The real estate geographic information database is constructed by databasing the general and detail real estate information. A GPS-real estate information providing server for offering a digital real estate map service based on the real estate geographic information database is constructed. If the client of users connected through a terminal such as a GPS receiver requests general real estate information in a user or client position, the GPS-real estate information providing server requests a current GP value of the user client to a GPS server. The GPS-real estate information providing server receiving the current GP value from the GPS server inquires the real estate geographic information database by using the current GP value as an index and transmits the total real estate information located on the corresponding position to the user client.?
