PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a technique for raising time efficiency in a real estate property agent and a customer and allowing information of real estate property existing in a remote place to be efficiently collected.SOLUTION : A real estate property data supply system receives collection request data to be a request to collect property data related to the real estate property information, receives the property data collection company for collecting the property data and the collected property data via a network, based on the collection request data, and supplies the property data to the real estate property agent being a member. The system comprises a means for receiving the property data collected by the property data collection company as the property data for registration; a means for storing the property data for registration in a property database; a means for receiving supply request data to be the request to supply the property data from the real estate property agent; a means for performing retrieval from the property database, based on the supply request data, when the supply request data is received; and a means for transmitting the property data to the real estate property agent when the applicable property data is retrieved.COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
