PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate transaction system capable of smoothly and rapidly performing a real estate transaction on the Internet while ensuring the safety.SOLUTION : This system is constituted of an organization including an auction presiding mechanism, an auction support mechanism, and members who participate auctions, and includes a database registering various pieces of information for real estate transactions. The auction presiding mechanism performs offering of objects, offering of tenders, database management of objects, execution of auctions and/or determination of buyers by the execution of auctions. The auction support mechanism simultaneously performs examination of relation of right for the objects and title assurance based thereon, quality examination of the objects, formation of quality examination information reports, and/or price payment between a buyer and a seller determined by an auction, object delivery and registration.
