PURPOSE : A method for arranging a real estate loss insurance contract using the Internet is provided to enable a user to make the insurance contract to receive proper compensation in a fall of real estate prices by confirming a credit state of the user in interconnection with a credit evaluation server, confirming a rightful person of real estate in the interconnection with a registry server, and interconnecting with an approved contract database of each local land office.CONSTITUTION : A user or manager computer is connected to a real estate loss insurance arrangement server(S10). After the user is certified as a member, a main screen includes a real estate loss insurance registration and contract screen is displayed(S50). The member inputs or requests desired information(S60). In case of the information related to the insurance, the credit state of the member is checked by inquiring to the credit evaluation server(S90). If the member has no credit problem, the rightful person of the real estate is inquired to the registry server(S130). If the member is identified as the rightful person of the real estate, price information of the approved contract corresponding to a land address of the insurance is inquired to a local land office server(S160).
