PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a general estimate preparation system for efficiently performing an estimate preparation operation, and for extremely easily preparing a general budget estimate without necessity to make any query about waterwork and sewage construction costs and gas construction costs to the water department and a gas company each time.SOLUTION : This general budget estimate preparation system is provided with a storage means having a first database DB1 in which plan/real estate data such as use area information are stored, a second database DB2 in which drawing preparation data such as site map preparation information are stored and a third database DB3 in which estimate preparation data such as exterior estimate are stored, and a processing means 8 for extracting and using various information stored in the respective databases of the storage means, and for deciding whether or not a building matched with a desired plan can be arranged in a construction scheduled land displayed on a screen, and for preparing a general budget estimate including waterwork and sewage construction cost processing estimate and gas construction cost processing estimate as well as the land and the building construction cost processing estimate when it is decided that the building can be arranged.COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
