PURPOSE : A system and a method for forecasting/reporting risk of real estate mortgage assets are provided to transmit an alarm message to a wired or wireless terminal of a user in case that a value of a real estate mortgage is dropped under a threshold by forecasting the value of the real estate mortgage after a predetermined period based on various data needed for analyzing the value of the real estate.CONSTITUTION : An asset evaluator(30) periodically receives/stores data for a current real estate price, a declared land price, an appraised real estate price, and the highest bid price to a database(60), and estimates and calculates a real estate price increase rate, the evaluated real estate price, and a liquidation price of the real estate after the predetermined period based on the data stored in the database. A risk analyzer(40) stores the threshold of the real estate mortgage, and calculates a risk level by comparing the evaluated price or the liquidation price calculated in the asset evaluator with the threshold. In the case of the real estate over the predetermined risk level, the risk analyzer informs an alarm part(50) of risk level information.
