The company and a user are connected to an arrangement site. The information provider(200a) recognizing/collecting the information provides the information to the arrangement site. The company(300) wanting to buy the information by paying the mileage is connected to the arrangement site. The company wanting to buy the information is fixed for the information of the information provider. The wanting company deposits the mileage to the arrangement site. The information provider inputs a postscript for a performance result after the contract performance according to contents of the information.
