PURPOSE : A system for real estate joint development/business by organizing franchisees performing construction on credit is provided to promote economy with cooperation among landowners not utilizing assets, the franchisees performing the construction on credit, and joiners offering technologies and labors by using an arrangement site.CONSTITUTION : Application of the franchisees(300) and the joiners is received. The landowner/information provider(200) requests development. A development project is performed by the franchisees, the joiners, and investors(400). After completion of a development object, development earnings are settled to inputted fund and profits are distributed. The franchisees accumulate dividends and investment to the arrangement site(100). Convertible bonds are issued for the development project. The arrangement site and the franchisees receive new projects of the landowners and the information provides through the online based on the investment. Development order is determined by fixing priority of the new projects. The issued convertible bonds are converted into stocks for the investment and technology/labor provision.? KIPO 2006
