PURPOSE : A system for reading a mobile real estate register book is provided to enable a user to read the desired real estate register book more conveniently in real time and to grasp the changes by inputting only a social security number when the user wants to know only the change of the real estate register book already inquired in a web, thereby improving user' s convenience in an existing internet register book system.CONSTITUTION : A system for reading a mobile real estate register book comprises the steps of; connecting to an ARS(Automatic Response Service) system and recognizing an address through speech recognition, when a user connects to the ARS system by using a mobile terminal and newly reads a real estate register book; obtaining real estate registration information through an internet registration reading system(250) or through an original DB of a public institution by using the address, and processing contents in order to provide through mobile internet; and transmitting a call back URL(Uniform Resource Locator) so that the user can connect to a mobile internet server with ease.?
