PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate management system and its method capable of dealing with inquiries from users about buildings for 24 hours.SOLUTION : The real estate management system includes an answer group storage means 12 for storing a number of question matters about a building and prepared answers to the question matters; a voice recognition means 24 for recognizing question items from voice in calls that a user C, either a resident A of the building or a broker B, makes from users' telephones 19, 20 via a telephone line 21; and a search extraction means 26 for extracting the answers to the question matters by searching for the question matters stored in the answer group storage means 12 and that substantially match the question items recognized by the voice recognition means 24.
