This invention comprises a signboard for marketing a real estate property which comprises a lockable housing, a fixed display mounted on or adjacent to the lockable housing for displaying a fixed advertisement, a video display unit substantially housed within the lockable housing and adapted to display digital advertisements. The digital advertisements include a countdown timer adapted to display time remaining until an event and a computer processor housed within the lockable housing for controlling the video display unit and a power supply for providing power to said signboard.
