PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a means distributing an intermediate fee of real estate to members by a prescribed rule.SOLUTION : In this intermediate fee distribution system, a fee of an intermediation item is calculated on the basis of member information including information wherein member identification information and upper-and-lower member identification information for identifying a parent member or/and a child member inside a member organization of the member identified by the member identification information are associated.
