PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a service providing method for increasing profits by contraction/reduction of cost or increase of sale and allowing acquisition of fixed assets available to business activities without any increase in a burden of a loss account.SOLUTION : In this service providing method, a service provider 1 acquires an energy-saving apparatus 4, which is capable of reducing consumption of energy such as electric power, as a fixed asset available to a service and installs the acquired asset in a facility 8 possessed by a service user 3. The service user 3 pays a service fee, which is equivalent to an amount corresponding to a part of cost reduced by use of the installed asset, to the service provider 1.
