PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a retrieval device and a retrieval program for a real estate property allowing the easy acquisition of a facility on the periphery of a district desired in retrieval.SOLUTION : When displaying facility information on a display part of a user terminal, a selection screen for selecting the kind of the facility information is displayed, and a mark copying an yellow pin is displayed as a position mark M of the facility information according to a selected ' supermarket' when one of the kinds of the facility information, e.g. the ' supermarket' is selected by an operation part.
