According to the invention, properties are presented, when personally inspected or presented, by means of an exposition of photographs and ground plans. The former requires human presence, and the latter can only provide a reduced visual impression. Said novel method enables an inspection of the visual impression to take place without requiring human presence. According to said method, a virtual model is produced from the images of the property, said model being visualised by means of a programme enabling a photographic simulation of the inspection to take place. Said method is particularly suitable for presenting properties which can be bought or let via the internet.
