PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce economical burden of tenants to allow them to live more comfortably by considering that; a conventional rental apartment management method has issues about services to tenants and rent systems; in addition, the supply of condominiums trends to increase; therefore, discounts of new-built condominiums are rampant in Tokyo and a place of severe sales competition is quickly changing today; and an influence of low birthrate and longevity is apprehended in a long-time view and there is an issue that the demand for apartments will change.SOLUTION : A system for making estates more attractive to consumers may be created by not taking a price of a rent itself, namely, a price of an object as a selling point but suggesting novel value added.COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
