PURPOSE : A method for offering real estate information using an LBS(Location-Based Service) is provided to offer a user the real estate information of the high quality by checking diverse area information corresponding to a location of a mobile terminal through the LBS, and guide real estate trading through correct/useful real estate information by offering abstract information for an area to the user.CONSTITUTION : Various kinds of area information of offered real estate is extracted and stored based on information for a subscriber resided near the area through the LBS if real estate is registered(S18). If the area information is requested together with the offered real estate information through the mobile terminal, the area information of the offered real estate is extracted from the offered real estate information(S24). The area information of the offered real estate is transmitted to the mobile terminal(S26). Subscriber information of the mobile communication company is an age, professional, and a moving path of the subscriber.
