PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate search system based on a sensitivity adaptive information providing technology for automatically selecting and providing real estate information meeting a user' s life needs from a life needs value being a value indicating the user' s life needs.SOLUTION : An answer acquiring part gives the user a plurality of questions and calculates the user' s life needs as an input needs value on the basis of answers (needs value) to the question items. The system digitizes the user' s potential life style by calculating the input needs value from the answers to the questions and searches a real estate satisfying the user' s wishes.
