PURPOSE : A method and a system for offering a loan by taking a real estate brokerage bond as security for the loan are provided to enable a realtor to apply for the loan offering the real estate brokerage bond as security with a simple procedure transmitting a real estate contract without any cooperation of a debtor of the bond, and offer the loan in real-time when the bond is generated.CONSTITUTION : A bond information receiving module(102) receives information for a real estate trading or lease contract from a realtor terminal, and extracts/stores the information for the real estate brokerage bond including a total amount, a security amount, or a monthly rent amount. A brokerage database(113) stores a brokerage rate of each realtor. A brokerage calculating module(103) calculates a brokerage by applying the brokerage of each realtor or total amount to the information for the bond. A loan approving module(104) deposits the loan to an account of the realtor or increases a loan limit of the account by calculating a loan amount based on a credit card level and/or loan application information of the realtor.?
