PURPOSE : A system for intermediating real estate information and development information is provided to enable developers to easily search the information of constructors to buy real estate according to a purchase purpose and enable the constructors to easily search real estate development information of the developers.CONSTITUTION : A real estate/development information intermediating homepage is distributed to realtors. Real estate intermediation information of the realtors, constructor information, and real estate auction information are collected and classified. Multiple users use the information registered to the system. A contract is made between a seller, and a renter or the developer by intermediation of the realtor(s203). The development information is registered by receiving agreement from the developer(s204). The constructors search the development information of the developer and request purchase of the development information(s205).
