PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To compress real estate stock for sales by a computer.SOLUTION : This computer program makes the compute function as : an input means allowing input of (a) discount data showing a discount index that is at least one of a discount width, a discount rate and a discount price to a sales price of one real estate, and (b) payment period data showing a payment period related to a home loan; an interest rate adjustment means calculating an already adjusted interest rate corresponding to the discount index and a reference interest rate by a prescribed function calculating the already adjusted interest rate lower than the reference interest rate by a discount corresponding amount corresponding to the discount index with the reference interest rate and the discount index as input parameters; and an output means outputting the already adjusted interest rate associatively to the one real estate together with the sales price and the payment period.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
