Creating a database for listing the property and including in the database potential possible alterations to the property taking into account local zoning laws and regulations. The possible alterations are grouped together based upon total floorspace, potential cost, potential resale value as well as different architectural styles. The buyer' s requirements would consist of new or existing designs which would be compared to the database of property listed for sale.
