PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve the fluidity of real estate assets or the like by achieving at long-term stability and maximization of profit of an owner of the assets including the real estate, simplifying purchase of the assets for a consumer, and simplifying fund recovery for financial institutions, such as a bank.SOLUTION : A plurality of real estates are managed collectively and, at a fixed ratio calculated in advance, the profit is stably shared by each owner even when the real estate owned by him or her does not operate.
