A theme goods selecting module(104) selects the final financial goods by analyzing the theme goods information received from the real estate developer server. A banking facility managing module(106) registers a banking facility server(200), receives scale/asset information for the financial goods sold in the banking facility server and the information for buyers buying the financial goods, stores the received information to a banking facility database(142), and manages the information.
