PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real-estate property information system for providing information for either selecting a piece of real estate without the risk of causing sick house syndrome and the like or taking measures on pieces of real estate against sick house syndrome or the like when a patient of sick house syndrome or the like or a person having a patient of the disease in his or her family purchases or rents a piece of real estate.SOLUTION : The real-estate property information system has a manager' s computer system 1 storing real-estate property information and a terminal device 3 connected to the computer system via the Internet 5. The real-estate property information includes information about sick house syndrome or the like as to each piece of real estate.
