PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a technology for selectively distributing an advertising drawing to an undertaker who has the past dealing result data of unoccupied property.SOLUTION : A distribution destination selecting part 25 detects that the moving-in circumstance status of any property data 5 has become a leaving scheduled or unoccupied room, and in this case, the distribution destination selecting part 25 selects each real estate undertaker as the destination of distribution according to priority based on predetermined conditions based on history data 15 about the property data.
