PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a CD for storing/managing registration identification information for use in applying for the registration of a real estate.SOLUTION : An owner keeps the CD with three kinds of files as follows : the first file is a data file for storing a password determined by the owner, and information obtained by encrypting the registration identification information or the like, the second file is an execution type file for decoding the password in the first file, confirming coincidence with the input password, then decoding an encrypted registration identification information code or the like and displaying it on a screen, printing, or the like, and the third file is an auto run file for automatically starting the execution type file when the CD is put in a personal computer. When the registration identification information is required, this CD is put in the personal computer to automatically obtain an identification information management screen.
