PURPOSE : A method for examining a title of real estate is provided to minimize loss of a loan institution for lending a trade price to a buyer and a real estate title insurance company issuing a security policy for the real estate by examining the real title of the traded real estate.CONSTITUTION : The real estate title insurance company requests a real estate title examination from the real estate title insurance company offering a real estate right insurance to the buyer of the real estate. Registry information for the real estate is received from a government organization and provided to the real estate title insurance company. Actual resident examination information of the real estate is received from a credit evaluation institution offering credit information. It is checked whether a registry of the real estate is changed or not by receiving the registry information from the government organization again before the real estate title insurance company lends a buying price to the buyer. A checking result and a resident examination result are provided to the real estate title insurance company.? KIPO 2007
