PURPOSE : A system for dividing and selling real estate goods, and a processing method thereof are provided to reduce investment risk for real estate of each floor/region and enable an investor to own the real estate with a small investment by enabling the investors to buy and sell a divided commercial/residential building and land, automatically processing a registry, and registering information of each divisional investor.CONSTITUTION : Each network terminal(A1-An) enables divided real estate buyer/sellers to upload buying/selling information, and transmit a buying, selling, and share ratio selection signal to a divided real estate goods sale/management server(DAMSS). Each registry server(B1-Bn) receives and registers registry application information received from the divided real estate goods sale/management server.
