PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for responding to reflection of collapse of bubble economy, it is heard that there are many cases in the Osaka district, that a bank lends the entire amount of tax, overhead expenses, land purchase prices and construction prices and an acreage estate company does business by capitals from others; such a behavior is a profit of borrowing, unrestrained and it is not permitted in modern society; a market does not admit a tenant to move in a building considered to be centering around return interest of house rent income by such an acquisition method; the basics are to increase equity capital or to increase individual assets of a representative person first and foremost, at least 10-20 percent of the equity capital (including a deposit, real estate collateral of an individual) should be paid; a banking facility should not admit simultaneous purchase of many real estate in short time.SOLUTION : The Financial Service Agency should just manage software patents.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
