PURPOSE : A system for offering a real estate bidding intermediation service and an operating method thereof are provided to shorten a trade contract term by enabling a potential buyer to quickly make a decision, and enable a seller to sell the real estate as a proper price by securing lots of potential buyers through an Internet sites and T(TV)-commerce.CONSTITUTION : An operator server(10) easily supports online bidding intermediation. An operator PC(12) processes registration, modification, and deletion of the sale real estate. A seller or realtor PC(14) transmits information of the sale real estate to the operator server, and agrees with a proper trade price. An appraisal institution system(16) provides basic real estate information and an appraisal to the operator server. A bidder PC(20) has a web browser for displaying web contents of an HTML(HyperText Markup Language) type to a screen, and applies for and presents a bid by searching the bid real estate.
