PURPOSE : A system and a method for a safe real estate trade service using the Internet are provided to organically perform all necessary particulars/processes needed for trading real estate by offering the one-stop safe real estate trade service in connection with an escrow company, a banking facility, an insurance company, a judicial scrivener, and a licensed tax accountant.CONSTITUTION : Buyer/seller system(10, 11) requests the safe real estate trade service. A bank server(40) provides information including documents related to real estate trade to an operator server(20), and performs the process related to a real estate price and a loan. A registration server(60) provides the information including the documents related to the real estate trade to the operator server and performs the process related to real estate registration. A tax accounting server(70) provides the information including the documents related to the real estate trade to the operator server and performs the process related to tax accounting. The operator server provides an administrative and price processing service according to the predefined procedures by connecting to each part until an ownership of the real estate is completely transferred to a buyer from a seller.?
