PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system for constructing a management system which is excellent in safety in storing registration identification information.SOLUTION : This registration identification information management system is configured by connecting an applicant terminal device relating to a registration applicant, an agent terminal device relating to the agent of real estate registration, a registration place where registration identification is issued and a management server to be managed by a third institute through the Internet. The agent terminal device receives the registration identification information issued by the registration place, and automatically transmits the registration identification information to the management server. The management server prepares a first tally, a second tally and a third tally from the received registration identification information. The third tally is stored in a tally database, and the first tally is transmitted to the applicant terminal device, and the second tally is transmitted to the agent terminal device. The agent terminal device acquires the approval of registration nominal person (registration applicant) when browsing the registration identification information, and acquires the first tally and the third tally, and collates the second tally with them to decode the registration identification information.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
