PURPOSE : A method for searching a title of a remainder loan for real estate auction is provided to minimize loss of a bank or a real estate title insurance company caused by the remainder loan for the real estate by collecting and offering information for auctioned real estate to the bank or the real estate title insurance company.CONSTITUTION : A title search is requested from the real estate title insurance company(2). The requested real estate information is provided to a credit evaluation agency and receives the information for a household actually transferred in the real estate(9). A title search report is generated by gathering transference household information and registry information of the real estate, and is provided to the real estate title insurance company(11). A title search confirmation report is generated by checking right changes of the real estate through search of the registry information of the real estate and is provided to the real estate title insurance company(22). A legal registration procedure for the real estate is requested to a judicial scrivener(5), and a registration processing result of the judicial scrivener is provided to the real estate title insurance company(8).?
