PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a secure charge collection support system for collecting rent or the like, which makes it possible for a real estate company which has only the CAT of a specific credit card company to execute settlement with all card companies without recording any card number, and makes it unnecessary for a tenant to prepare any deposit or surety jointly and severally liable.SOLUTION : This charge collection support system is provided with a plurality of card companies and a card network unitary integration means by a center connected to a single terminal installed in each of a plurality of real estate companies through a network. The center is provided with a contract registeration means including the setting of personal ID for receiving the application for moving of a tenant, a tenant examination means including the credit examination information of the card company, a card settlement integrating means for performing charge deduction for each card company designated by the tenant, a charge payment reminding and collecting means including collection through a convenient store collecting agent company with CTI escalation, a charge payment reminding and collecting means and a charge subrogation payment means by a mutual aid institute with a tenant as a member and a center as a surety jointly and severally liable.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
