PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate lease management method and a real estate lease management system for enabling an investor to become a real estate owner whose stable earnings can be secured with relatively small amount of investment funds. SOLUTION : This real estate lease management method for managing a lease about a predetermined real estate comprises : a step for proposing a leasehold right transfer contract with a rental fee about the predetermined real estate as a price to the investor; a step for accepting the acceptance of the leasehold right transfer contract from the investor; and a step for accepting rental payment based on the leasehold transfer contract from the investor. Thus, it is not necessary to propose an investment on the real estate itself, and it is necessary only to use the rental fee as the price.
