PURPOSE : A system and a method for generating an analysis report of real estate for auction are provided to quickly offer reliable investment feasibility information for the real estate for the auction by automatically generating the analysis report including an investment feasibility study result for the real estate for the auction.CONSTITUTION : A database(10) stores various kinds of data for the real estate for the auction. An analyzing module(20) performs an analysis by searching and extracting the data related to the real estate for the auction from the database. A weight assigner(30) assigns weight to an analysis result. An investment feasibility analyzer(40) analyzes the investment feasibility by assigning the weight according to a purpose and a region to the weighted analysis result. A report generator(50) generates the analysis report for the real estate for the auction by combining and arranging the investment feasibility analysis result and the data for the real estate for the auction.
