PURPOSE : A method and a system for providing a loan bank arrangement service using the Internet are provided to offer a loan received from a bank, which presents the best loan condition to a client by performing the bidding for a real estate purchase fund among the banks registered as a member in the Internet.CONSTITUTION : A client terminal(10) requests loan arrangement for the real estate purchase fund by connecting to the Internet. Each loan bank manager terminal(20) makes a bid for the loan with the loan condition by examining contents of the requested real estate purchase fund. A service manager server(30) is connected to the client terminal and the loan bank manager terminals, and receives the loan arrangement from the client terminal. The service manager server advances the bidding by displaying the requested real estate purchase fund to registered loan bank managers, selects the bank presenting the best condition as a successful bidder, and makes the loan advanced by introducing the client to the successful bidder.?
