PURPOSE : A system and a method for mediating/managing real estate hiring through the network are provided to solve disagreement of conditions suggested from a hirer and a lender, realize a hiring agreement safely at a low price by properly utilizing a loan, a deposit, an interest, and credit, and efficiently manage the contract by making the lender, the hirer, and a banking facility joined as a contract party.CONSTITUTION : A receiver respectively receives the first and second contract conditions from the first and second client computer(102) through the network(116). A discriminator discriminates whether the first and second contract conditions are identical by comparing the first and second contract conditions. A generator generates the contract conditions arranged based on the first and second contract conditions if the first and second conditions are not identical. A transmitter transmits the arranged contract condition to the first and second client computer. A determiner determines that the contract is formed by the arranged contract conditions if an agreement message for the arranged contract condition is received from the first and second client computer.?
