A selection of house details is put onto a DVD to allow the details to be displayed on a TV screen when the DVD is played in a DVD player. The details include photographs, images, movies, representations, audio and narration to demonstrate various properties. Menu screens display summary details of the range of properties and filtered lists of properties matching defined criteria. Navigation is by way of links activated using a remote control.
