The loan company server issues a conditional loan LOI(Letter Of Intention) to the operation company server. The operation company server requests an insurance company server to issue the guarantee insurance policy for the principal and a right flaw. The insurance company server requests a right examination institution server to examine a right and profitability of the real estate development project. The right examination institution server reports a result to the insurance company server. The insurance company server informs the operation company server of insurance policy issuance.
