PURPOSE : A method and a system for appraising real estate for auction using the Internet are provided to integrally receive/process appraisal from by representing or intermediating an appraisal institution, and enable the appraisal institution to implement/process appraisal for the real estate for court auction in a B2B(Business-to-Business) or P2P(Peer-to-Peer).CONSTITUTION : A host server(21) is connected to a court server(11) receiving appraisal data from each court terminal and processing data transmission, and synchronizes the appraisal data and information for the real estate for the court auction stored in a database(12) connected to the court server by performing a link program. The host server processes an appraisal document of an appraiser to the court server. A database server(22) is connected to the host server, and stores the data and the appraisal document in synchronization with the court server. A gateway server(23) connects an appraisal terminal to the database server through an authentication procedure if the appraisal terminal requests connection.? KIPO 2007
