PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system and method by which each of a large amount of properties is quickly extracted for each condition desired by a customer from data about a large amount of property information updated every moment.SOLUTION : A property information extraction system 10 has : a customer information database 40; a property provision information database 20; a calculation part 220 which perform calculation for each item between data for each item for each piece of customer information data and data for each item of property information data; a database 210 for reference which stores property extraction information in which the calculation result for each item calculated by the calculation part 220 are associated with information for specifying real estate for each piece of information for specifying the customer; a determination part 235 which determines whether or not provision condition information is included in an upper limit or a lower limit of items of each piece of desired condition information for each customer on the basis of the property extraction information stored in the database 210 for reference; and a display part 250 which displays property information determined to be included by the determination part 235 while being associated with the information for specifying the customer.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
