PURPOSE : A method for intermediating real estate through the network is provided to promote real estate transaction by making a realtor match a proper real estate and giving a predetermined profit to the realtor while receiving no brokerage from a client and giving no brokerage to the realtor.CONSTITUTION : Real estate consultation is registered from a client terminal. A realtor terminal provides an answer for the requested real estate consultation. The client terminal inputs satisfaction or dissatisfaction for the real estate consultation. In case that the satisfaction is inputted from the client terminal, a charge is received from a client. In the case that information that a real estate contract is made by the client is received from the client terminal or the realtor terminal, and rewards corresponding the charge are provided to the client. In the case that information informing that a real estate contract is made by the client is not received from the client terminal or the realtor terminal, the charge is returned to the client.?
