PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate property instruction system for objectively introducing real estate property information following reality and its relevant information according to the needs of the client for real estate property.SOLUTION : This real estate property introduction system 1 is configured of a server 3 equipped with a database 2 for storing a plurality of real estate property information 11 and a client terminal 4 which are freely communicatively connected through a communication line network 5, wherein the real estate property information 11 is provided from the server 3 to the client terminal 4. The server 3 is provided with a superimposed image generating means 23 for extracting satellite photographic information 12 and spot display information 13 relevant to the real estate property information 11 whose retrieval is requested from the database 2, and for generating real estate property map display information(superimposed image) 15 by superimposing the satellite photographic information 12 and the spot display information 13 and a relevant information extracting means 26 for extracting relevant information 14 relevant to the selected spot display information 13 from the database 2.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
